In 1554, Istanbul’s winding streets saw the birth of something revolutionary: the world’s first coffeehouse. These weren’t just places to drink coffee, they were hubs of rebellion, poetry, and chess matches that shaped empires.

We’ve brought that legacy to Glasgow.

The Ritual

Inspired by Istanbul’s 16th-century coffeehouses, we honor tradition through:

  • Meticulous small-batch roasting

  • Cezve service for select guests

  • Coffee as communal experience
